Hi their I have posted about this skin problem before and had some good feedback from some lovely people also affected ,But this latest flare up is just not getting much better not for long really I thought I had got it right last week when I switched yet again from Double base to E45 lotion but now that's stopped working and the skin on my right lymphadema leg is just crisp ing up and falling off with friction from my clothes which then leaves my leg itchy and raw and this just goes on and on with no let up now .i have been to the docs and she gave me some Fusibet as I thought my leg was infected that was ok for a couple of days but then went back to square one now I'm left with a very swollen leg shiney as glass with lymphadema and covered in spots on top of foot and crispy and soggy flaky skin not itchy though while my leg is elevated can anyone advise . Thank you in anticipation ......PS i do eat healthily and do not have added salt on anything and I don't take sugar in drinks and drink plenty water and cranberry juice...no fats no pastries no saturated fats and eat a low cal / low salt/ fat free diet but do have the odd sweet treat but not regularly .

Hi, have you tried Forever propolis creme mixed with aloe gelly? Also the plain aloe gel drink? I know both of these have had great results with psoriasis. I can also recommend the Forever C9 cleanse which cleanses the body of toxins which make psoriasis worse. You do seem to eat well but maybe you just need to shift some sludge from your system to get things working properly? Worth a try. try anti dandruff shampoo (i used head & shoulders ) yes it sounds funny but it worked for me applied for a week and leave the skin to heal and it completely disappeared.
