I have black raised mole like in my genital area I don't know what is this I am attaching a photo with this

I would advise getting your GP to investigate ASAP......mole-like eruptions that appear out of the blue could be something or nothing, but all evidence shows that early diagnosis leads to better treatment outcomes.
