Is there a solution to win the battle with acne?

I'm 25 and I still have acne. It's mainly on my chin and cheeks. I tried Accutane, lots of products like Dermalogica and Elemis that had only temporary effect and I don't believe neither of these products anymore, I drink enough water everyday and eat properly. The question is "WHY?" What did you do if you had the same "trouble" as me? Which cosmetics do you use? I urgently seek help.

Hey there! I've used Accutane for my acne too, and it did work! Temporarily though, after over a year of stopping Accutane, my acne is back and I feel more depressed than ever about it. If you've found a solution, do let me know!
