The Online OCD Conference, is a two-day virtual event jam-packed with educational programming for those in the OCD and related disorders community (18+), including clinicians, individuals with OCD, family members/supporters, and researchers. This year it will take place November 23rd-24th.

The conference will consist of:

1) Educational Sessions : Speaker-led presentations, with a mix of educational content, Each session will take place live-streamed with a live question and chat box for you to ask questions.

2) Community Discussion Groups (CDGs) are a place where people can provide and receive support and information around a given topic, or based on belonging to a specific population. These include groups for certain populations (LGBTQIA+, parents of kids with OCD, people with chronic illness, young adults, etc.), subtypes (scrupulosity, perfectionism, etc.), related disorders (skin picking, BDD), and co-occurring conditions (social anxiety, eating disorders, etc.). CDGs are a full 75 minutes of live discussion via Zoom.

3) Keynote Presentation: Panel member for this presentation will share their experiences while suffering through their lowest moments with OCD. The speakers will then detail how they fought back to regain control of their lives using the tools of treatment.

4) Conference Wrap-Up Panel: Here, we will come together as a community to wrap up the virtual conference! Audience members will have the opportunity to ask our panelists, all notable IOCDF Community members, any leftover questions they may have.
