You have made a great start , this is a safe place for all , it has helped me greatly , I hope you will find solace , hope as well as learn more about OCD and the amazing stories of strength , resilience and recovery , the people here never cease to amaze me , they have demonstrated to me that those who suffer with OCD are the kindest, most conscientious , and most sensitive of us humans and I don’t think that’s all too bad , we are who we are because we care too much I believe , I wouldn’t change that but I can learn to manage it better .
