Hi

This is a burner account as i cant log into my other one but i has about 17 posts on my old account from when i was really struggling in like sep-nov i just wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped me i am now on the road to getting help and i can now identify and cope with my intrusive thoughts much better now thanks to this community (special thanks to i think it is Mcfly64, your replies always helped me rationalise things a lot).

I just wanted to say to anyone else struggling, especially with guilt and thinking they aee a bad person, you are not what your intrusive thoughts tell you no matter how convincing or how bad they are they still go against your morals and i promise promise it gets better <3 thank you

this is amazing. So great to hear people getting relief. This is truly something so hard to deal with and I know how good it feels when you start to turn that corner over OCD. Prayers that you continue making progress. Even when it’s quiet, remember to continue with your exercises. Don’t let ocd’s little pokes go unchallenged.
