Looking for the Bergen 4-Day OCD Treatment

Is anyone aware of the Bergen 4-Day OCD Treatment available anywhere in the United States or Canada?

Mayo Clinic offers a 5-day but only for those under 18 years old and still in high school. My son graduated a few months ago so he is ineligible. They cited a lack of available, trained staff to offer to adults which is sad.
