I find through meditation I can relieve my headaches. Because our minds are made up of muscles, I use meditation music to help send "waves of relaxing thoughts" to try to unwind my headache pain. Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes I may need to try for several days in a row to get rid of the pain. After my mind is clear, I can once again focus on learning. I wish you well!

Thank you so much for spending time to give a solution

That headache pain sounds terrible to live with. As someone already mentioned, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is good to try. I also recently started doing Biofeedback Therapy, which is helping me learn to keep the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders relaxed, as well as to work on my heart rate variability.

It sounds like you might be dealing with migraines. People with OCD often have migraines as well, and there are many new migraine drugs now available that really help lessen the number of days one spends debilitated by migraine pain. I didn't know I'd been suffering from migraines as well as OCD and depression/anxiety, until I was in my 40s and a psychiatrist spotted it. It's been amazing to learn what symptoms are purely migraine that I used to attribute to OCD stress.

It's a good idea to find a headache doctor to work with--usually a neurologist who specializes in headaches and knows all the intricacies of headache medication. Medicating headaches with OTC NSAIDS can be dangerous in the long term for one's GI system, and actually cause your headaches to rebound and become worse.
