Fear of no relief words can cure me

Feeling that no psychologist can help me . Because fearing that what ever reliefing words or tricks they give to get rid of my anxiety will not heal me. I also have the fear that the words and tricks they give me to solve even this issue too will not heal me. So that I am fearing that it will become a recursive obsession. I am feeling it as weird. So that I have fear of going crazy.

This is a subtype of OCD itself"fear of going crazy". You just have to note that you are not what the OCD is making you to feel...break the false alarm and fear and get a therapy, if you are a Christian;get hold on the word of God and pray for healing,read more on it and get busy with your work or career.
