In community level , how people who suffering OCD getting help ?

I am working in an Asia community to help the people and aware of that the issue of mental healthcare should be handled by the effort of member of society，in all levels . People will benefit from such some mental health assistance or care service which well-designed , popular , accessible and affordable across the community.

I’d like to know are there any good examples of mental health care practice we can learned from and adopted in local place , particularly in America or Europe. Thanks
