Hi all,

I'm new to the community. I was wondering if anyone has read/used Ken Goodman's book before. I have been struggling with emetophobia for over 25 years and I want to feel better. I have been seeing a counselor off and on for the past 3 years, but they aren't specialized in this field. I am wondering if this has been helpful to others. I even hesitated to purchase it, because my superstitious thinking.

I'm thankful there are others who can understand, but terrified of the future.
