Is anyone taking / taken Vraylar in addition to their SSRI and if so, what has your experience been?

Also, has anyone tried EDMR to treat OCD?

For My OCD, I tried that and it was awful.

It made me so jittery.

I’ve been through EMDR. Purely for my own situation, I found it very helpful for one specific traumatic memory, but in terms of OCD treatment I’m not sure it did very much for me.
