It's difficult if there isn't much in the way of support where you live. Although OCD is relatively common, it can make you feel isolated, particularly if you don't know anyone else who's got it.

But do post here and feel part of this community. All of us know what it's like to have OCD, so there's a lot of experience and understanding on this forum.
