My therapist told me OCD likes to attack the ones we love. I used to have fears like this, but I had to realize it was just thoughts, and wasn’t actually what was in my heart. OCD is a LIAR. Don’t listen to it ❤️ Easier said than done, I know. But remember when you have those thoughts, it’s not you. Just OCD.

OCD makes you worry that you would do something that you would absolutely hate to do - it's lying to you and you have nothing to fear. Don't listen to it, don't give it any stock! Because it elicits a fearful reaction causes your brain to make you worry about it more, but you would obviously never want to do something like that! I know it's hard, but stay strong ❤️
