The Weight of Thinking

Each day I farmer carry loads of thoughts around with me and hell, I don't even know where I'm going with them. Sometimes, I even want so desperately to drop them, but something deeply rooted and toggled inside me tells me not to let go. Well let's try an experiment: Whenever I start picking some weight up, just let it go. Maybe this will give me some more time to actually go to the gym. Cheers to the day!

It can be hard, but remember, you are not your thoughts. The though might be heavy but that's okay, just be with them, if they are heavy, then they are heavy, not not to worry about dropping them just yet, if you can sit with them, then the may just lessen on their own.
