I enjoyed it. This was my first time going and I learned a lot. I actually can’t wait to go again next year.

I attended and it was my first one. I thought it was great and I learned a lot and enjoyed the Q&As and having a one on one with an expert.

Did you attend and how was your experience?

I did attend and I learned a lot as well and really enjoyed it though I was exhausted because of the time difference.

Yes, I saw that there were people from all around the world, so many would have had to get up very early or stay up late. Hopefully you are recovering from the time differential and feeling good about applying new knowledge or being inspired to take new action to help overcome OCD; that is how I feel :-).

It was my first time too and I loved it! I hope they make it digital again next year in addition to being live so I can go again. It was super helpful.

Yes, I hope they continue with an online version at the same time as the in person conference, so it can reach more people. I suggested that in the evaluation. Did you fill out the evaluations?

I haven’t filled out the evaluations yet but I will and suggest that as well. It was so great!

Did you see Just Ethan this week on the IOCDF socials? He talked about that and it sounds like they will be doing some online component.

No I didn’t. I don’t know what the IOCDF socials are. I should look into it. That would be great though if they did that next year because I would totally go again. I don’t know if I can go to NY though. 😂

I haven't heard of the socials either and I'd love to go again but going to New York could be tough. It was my first time too at the conference.

I was referring to the IOCDF YouTube and Facebook sites. Since the pandemic started, they have had many wonderful Town Hall live sessions, where there is a live chat area, as well as other live talks, etc. Just go to either and search for IOCDF and explore. They usually broadcast live to both simultaneously. Many great OCD experts have been part of this; names you would recognize from the conference. Check it out!
