Hello everyone! I have been thinking about this and I wanted to ask if someone has been in a relationship or married someone suffering with OCD as well as you, and in what ways has it helped or worsen the situation for you both? I'd love to read some of your stories!

That's a fantastic question which I have asked myself several time. I've been in several relationships (got divorced 3 years ago) My ex had general anxiety and she was very understanding with my health OCD.But I've been alone since then. I think we're very compassionate people and it might help to be with someone who understands and support your recovery (considering that both are motivated to recover and do ERP) It might sound strange but for me meeting someone with a stress disorder whatsoever is definitely an advantage a good quality...love you guys 😊
