Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I would like to introduce you all to Ethan Smith.

Ethan serves as IOCDF's National Ambassador, giving interviews to major media outlets, and publishing numerous articles on OCD.

Every Tuesday, on IOCDF's Facebook page, Ethan GOES LIVE and discusses issues surrounding OCD (OCD and dating, ERP, self-stigma, etc..). Having been diagnosed with OCD himself, and gone through treatment, he understands the distress this disorder can cause.

If you have a chance visit our Facebook page (linked below) to check out his live streams.
