I have the compulsion ocd. I have to repeat things all day. I am 67. This has gone on all my life. I worry something is going to happen to my loved ones or me. They will fail

A class which has happened. Now I feel it is my fault so I do the touching and counting things all the time. It is so sad. I waste time. Now that I am tired I waste more time. My day is terrible.
