To start, I am grateful for this online community, I love the interaction you guys have with one another. You are all always rooting for each other, and so willing to share your experiences, provide resources, and give good advice. This community is filled with so much strength, and I am grateful to be a part of it.

I am most thankful for is my husband.
He has always been there for me, throughout my entire journey, of struggling with OCD.
I am grateful for the larger online community of support around OCD. There are so many therapists and recovered OCD sufferers and advocates out there that are trying to help the rest of us along. If you take an active role in seeking people out on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and podcasts, there is just so much out there. It is amazing the level of empathy and support that people are willing to offer total strangers.
