I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND OUT IF CAN GO ON A TRIAL.

I BELIEVE I WAS DIAGNOSED EARLY IN LATE JUNE IN 2024.

I AM POSITIVE.

STARTED RTT - RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY- GRADUAL PROCESS

STARTED NASAL BREATHING AND SEEN POSITIVE RESULTS

PRACTISE SINGING FOR SNORERS BY ALISE OJAY

I WALK WITH A STICK

I STILL WORK PART-TIME

AFTER WINNING A STRESSFUL BALLOT AT WORK I WAS DIAGNOSED

I HAVE COUNSELLING AND ASKED FOR HELP IN SETTING MYSELF GOALS

I AM ON TRACK TO LOSE WEIGHT AND REVERSE MY TYPE 2 DIABETES

HOPEFULLY AI WILL SPEED THINGS UP FOR A CURE FOR EVERYONE NEXT YEAR

I’m really sorry you’ve been diagnosed. My advice would be to do everything you can! Treasure still walking and working! Keep doing! I’m 54 diagnosed 2 years ago but diagnosed incorrectly since 2019! Keep smiling!😊

Sadly, I don’t think meditation will help me. Xx

Nor us, you get to a point where you accept things and just make the best of it.

Recent interim results from the Alterity 202 phase 2 trial ongoing demonstrated a group of responders from early stage, <3years, sub group. That is a very small trial, open label(no placebo for comparison), so can only be regarded as evidence, not proof. They do have a double blind(has placebo arm for comparison) trial currently running, complete in Nov and reporting top line results in Jan. That is called ATH201. The 201 trial is all in early stage patients, so if the evidence from the 202 trial is verified in the larger 201 trial, results could be very good. Fingers crossed. If this checks out, maybe get on a trial asap while still early stage.

Their drug is a mild iron chelator ATH434, that removes labile(free) iron from neurons. The excess iron causes Alpha-Synuclein to clump and cause problems. Iron is required for life, so the trick is to only take the labile iron.

oops early stage disease is regarded as <4 years not <3 years as I typed
