Hi I was wearing my fit bit and noticed my deep sleep has been affected.

Since, being diagnosed I have monitored the use of cpap vs nasal breathing.

I get more deep sleep with nasal breathing and there are health benefits of breathing in nitric oxide while you sleep.

I use surgical tape to cover up the mouth.
