sleeping a lot

My husband wakes up in the morning I take him a cup of tea and he takes his meds. He has his breakfast in bed waiting for the blood pressure meds to work. Some mornings he finds it hard to stay awake and sleep for a good 2 hours until eventually he gets up. He also falls asleep late afternoon and sometimes during the evening is this something that happens with MSA.

My husband too used to sleep a lot, dropping in and out of sleep during the day. But, this is also an age related thing. Just go with the flow. xx
