My husband was dx with MSA-P in 2021 with automonic dysfunction as his dominant feature. His sodium levels have been trending downward since his dx. He experiences frequent periods of confusion throughout the day and I always attributed this to severe blood pressure swings but now wonder if it is low sodium. Is low sodium a feature of MSA? Anyone else experience this?
