Short snap in head

DH is still refusing to take Rasagiline and we are only 6 months into Parkinson’s DX, although it was mentioned that it could be Parkinson’s Plus. DH mentioned that he has had a short pain in his head, says it is like a rubber band snapping. He had it a while ago and has now had it 3 times in 2 days. Has anyone had this before?? He is not back at consultant until July. Thanks.
