Random pains

Few weeks ago I started getting random pains in different areas of my body following a virus ( not covid) . It can be so painful that I’m in tears but then eases and moves somewhere else. Shoulders have always ached but this is something else. Can be in wrists, arms then in thighs, knees or feet. Cramp has also worsened. :(. Just taking paracetamol but not cutting it. Dr thought maybe polymyliga but blood tests came back ok. Thinking could be nerve pain but just wait and see approach! :(
