Just a reminder that it's the 4 Counties MSA Digital Support Group meeting this Wednesday 3rd February. The support group is for anyone living in the 4 counties and who has an interest in MSA.
We have a dietician joining us who will answer questions about all things food and MSA. We'll have the usual update from everyone, hearing how you are in these lockdown days. We also have the opportunity to chat through anything that’s worrying members or things that you would like to talk about with your MSA friends.
Existing members will have received the invitation email and link already.
Should you not be a member and want to join the support group and you live in Gloucestershire/ Herefordshire/Oxfordshire or Worcestershire (or close by!) then post a reply here and I will direct message you with details.
