just to say how fab this group has been with information and support for me when my dad was ill, even though he has now passed, i will still be looking on here and hopefully helping or supporting those who need if I can .

My son was supposed to be doing some fundraising this year , which has now been postponed until next year, but it will still be happening!

yes thanks helen , just sad about my dads relatives not being able to come down

for the funeral, but we will have a big celebration when this is over

That's a lovely idea in these extraordinary times.

We are also having a ceremony once this is all over to scatter my dads ashes on the farm where he lived. We will plant a tree and put a bench underneath for my mum and family to sit.

I send lots of love to you at this very sad time and hope that you will eventually be able to be thankful for all those happier times you spent with your lovely father.
