The sun is shining!

The sun is shining and it’s a glorious day here in Worcestershire. We’re going to ban the CV words today, and we’re going for a walk in the sun.

I had the car jet washed yesterday and they cleaned the wheelchair at the same time, and so we will be all set to go.

Self imposed isolation started yesterday however we’re determined to make it fun. Thanks to Audible, Jax has as many books as she wants to read (listen to) and I have the attic and garage to sort in those (sadly few) spare minutes.

Yesterday I saw a dog walker with a vest saying something like “Keep well clear my dog doesn’t like people”. I think I could do with one of those for me at the moment!

Whatever you do today, have fun, and let’s all try and ban the CV worries, even if it’s just for a day!

Take care, Ian

We try to avoid the news and not mention the c word too.

We learnt today that our hospice has now stopped all out patient appointments. M normally has acupuncture and massage each week and will really miss it. I can manage a bit of massage but he’s not keen to take me up on my offer to buy some pins and learn acupuncture !!

Hope you enjoyed the sunshine 😀
