My wife, who was diagnosed with MSA-C 4 years ago takes 1mg Ropinirole. This was prescribed for “restless legs”. It does help majority of the time and allows my wife to get to sleep comfortably.

hubby used to suffer from it and we tried various meds etc to help. Apparently Magnesium, I forgot which one, can help. I have a magnesium oil spray but as this illness has progressed he no longer has RLS.
