We had a fun meeting yesterday with 17 people chatting and getting encouragement, education and advice from the amazing Katie Rigg our MSA Nurse. With a wide ranging discussion from house adaptations and communication aids to how best to stroke your cat when your hands are fixed into a fist. New members and regulars, people who travel from less than a mile away to those who travel 40 miles. Not everyone can travel to a meeting but if you are considering it then take the plunge - you may learn something new!

We had a good turnout at our meeting too recently. Everyone went away knowing more than they did when they came.
