Hi Ginny, yes some people have recently been very successful in claiming, you can read all the comments on the questions page under the 'Successful Critical Illness Calim for PV' question posted by littled and also 'Has anyone successfully claimed on a critical illness insurance policy for an MPD ?' question posted by ourlife.
