I have noticed lately that my lips and fingertips are going blue on occasions, does anybody else get this?

My hands and feet are either freezing or boiling, nothing in-between.......
I have noticed that my fingers occasionally go blue, but have not noticed the lips and no one has told me they are going blue.
I am now 66 and I have had polycythaemia since 1983. About 3 years ago it 'migrated' to MF. I am on varying amounts of Hydroxy' and am keeping active by walking as much as I can. I think I have been well looked after all these years. Best wishes for a long life to you.
My advice to you if you are experiencing your fingers and your lips going blue at time, then you should consult your Doctor. Blue colouring to the skin (lips and extremities) is called Cyanosis.
