Life long clexane injection

For the past year I have been having daily Clexane injection .I have been told that I will need them life long .

I was diagnosed with PV five years ago after having a large Pulmpnary Embolism aged 50 .

I was on Warfarin fo the first year .However ,I had another large Pulmonary Embolism shortly after the Warfarin was discontinued .I returned to taking Warfarin but despite this , last year got a very large DVT in my leg .Its been Clexane injections since .I also have regular Venosections .

However ,I have a full and active life -working full time and find that regular exercise helps the fatigue and keeps my positive out look .

Does anyone have experience of long term Clexane use .
