I have had tinnitus?white noise for a long time. On aspirin 15 years and interferon for 3 years. I usually ignore it but today feeing quite Spinny headed. I have hadthis before about 3 years back.It lasted months . That was before I started interferon .it got better. Whether it got better because I started interferon or due to some vestibularexcercises I was given by a physio aI really don’t know.

ironically I was due to have an ENT follow up in May and the appointment has been moved to November.

Really not sure if ET related , or pollen count is high so congested sinuses and ears. Anyway due to see MPN specialist 1st May so will mention it then.

It is definitely worth discussing with the MPN Specialist. This is a potential MPN symptom. The fact that the interferon made it better is suggestive that this is indeed the case. Vestibular issues could, of course, also be the issue or at least make the problem even worse. Best to get expert input on the issue as you plan to do.

Thanks Hunter for your reply. Was feeling quite rough earlier but improved now. Will definitely follow up with Docs
