Besremi shot earlier or later then fixed rhythm

A few times a year it suits me (PV) better to take my bi-weekly besremi-shot (200mg) (also 3 days a week 1 capsule HU 500) one day earlier or later then the fixed rhythm. Anyone knowledge or opinion if this has a (big) impact on the overall working-process of besremi? Thanks!

It is best to keep on pattern to ensure the most stable level of Besremi in your system. There is some flexibility in this though, Besremi has a half life of approximately 7 days. This means that on day 14 you are down to about 25% of Besremi in your system. While it is likely not a major concern to be a day early or late, it is not the optimal dosing strategy. Suggest that you review your question with a MPN Specialist for the best case specific answer.
