This CALR drug is not the new CAR-T cell therapy category discussed in different threads.

INCYTE is also the Rux guys. Surprisingly INCA033989 (the CALR one) is apparently an oral monoclonal antibody. I thought mAb's, and biologics more broadly, were always injections like IFN, but a quick check finds that oral mAb's are indeed a new thing. INCB160058 is an inhibitor, well known in oral form, possibly a better refined take on Rux.
