There should not be an issue with dental sedation when on hydrea. I have used it without any issue. Your dentist does need to know you are taking hydrea. You will likely be advised to stop taking the aspirin 3 days before any significant dental work that may cause bleeding.
I’ve had two dental implants while taking Hydrea without issue. My dentist is quite thorough, and he obtained written releases from my hematologist and my PCP before the surgeries.
I've recently had teeth implants and my consultant told me to stop taking hydroxycarbamide 2 days before procedure and the week after. The sedation was fine
