Our friends from MPN Research Foundation created a nice set of abstracts from Article reviews presented at ASH. Each of the abstracts has a link to the article. The reviews are all very interesting and informative. JAK2V617F allele burden in polycythemia vera: burden of proof (Moliterno, et al) is particularly interesting.

It is both hopeful and exciting to see MPN research moving forward.

All of the best to everyone.

Thank you so much for sharing this information with us. At age 73, I was diagnosed with PV JAK2 in November 2022. After initial phlebotomies while waiting for confirmation of JAK2, I was placed on HU and, of course, low dose aspirin and my blood tests show that I'm finally "in range" on the typical indicators. Now, after reading the article on PV, I'm looking forward to my next appointment with my doc to discuss the allele burden aspect and to assure that he is evaluating this data also.

Thank you again for helping to make us much better informed patients.
