Anyone have their legs feel very heavy in the morning, before even getting out of bed? It goes away once I get up and start walking around.

Definitely - the first few steps are like my legs are waking up after having fallen to sleep - usually by time get to bathroom they start to feel better but it definitely is a newer (last 6-9 months sensation) - not sure if MPN (ET) related; IFN (peg) related or just part of the joy of aging!
