For those interested in learning more about an Anti-Inflammatory lifestyle. Geared for professionals but I have found the IBP presentations to be very informative for patients too.
I assume you would be willing to pass on any information to your favorite daughter, right? Riiiiiight? My docs are encouraging me to look into this, especially since I came off my pain med. I'm really looking into more holistic ways of dealing with all my issues, with medical support as needed (I say as I've had a tens unit and heating pad on my back for like... a week).
This is really good. I live an anti inflammatory lifestyle since a month after my diagnosis in Sept 2017! It changed my entire life. Got rid of almost all my auto immune problems and my ET is stable. It took about 1.5 years to make all the changes. My whole family and many friends followed!
Pretty decent price for getting CE credits for those of us who need them. IBP courses in the past have been pretty good. nice to get something useful both personally and professionally.
