I have et but my platelets are nearly normal now with no treatment, but my hb is slightly low so been offered another bone marrow biopsy,what are they looking for does anyone know. Thanks

hello not sure what they are at the moment but they nearly normal,I have an appointment on Friday.

The doc is looking for a change in MPN Status to determine why your blood cell numbers have declined. Bone marrow morphology is one element of making this determination.
