Metformin and Ruxolitinib for PV?

Happy New Year (almost) to everyone. Maybe 2022 bring us all a good year of health and happiness.

Has anyone researched using Metformin and Ruxolitinib for Polycythemia Vera? Or spoken to a doctor about it? ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

Listening to longevity expert and Harvard doctor David Sinclair talked about Metformin, inspired me to revisit this possible treatment combo I read about a year or so again.

I will reach out to the authors of the paper, but would love to hear if someone has any experience using both.
