PEGINVERA study for Besremi, part basis for FDA approval

I found about this study only recently from its reference in the FDA approval for Besremi since it's noted prominently there. Many of you have likely seen it before.

<<complete hematological response for 27/42 (64.3%) and a partial response for 14/42 (33.3%) patients>> (98% total, quite a number if that is right)

Molecular resp, in the chart here, was about 1/2 year to 1.5 years to take effect.

This plot is from the actual study summary, not my interpretation. It is consistent with the allele data in Conti PV that I plotted, see link below, which shows a similar ~1.5 year effect in plot #1 for allele response. These I believe are separate studies so it is a good pattern.

Most notable here is the large set of 100% molecular responders, and the remaining number of high responders. We've seen this with our own members on PEG.

I've also added better plots in the reply section to my recent post for Conti PV "New Plots for Besremi & "Beneficial", they are easier to read.

All these visual aids are helpful for me and I hope others too.
