Hi Windy , ,Thanks for sharing your vaccine update and how you feel. I think truth be known most or at least a good few of us are a tad apprehensive about having the Coronavirus vaccines and how we might feel for a few days afterwards. I'm due mine next week and can't honestly say I'm looking forward to it but know I can't refuse it with the numbers still getting Covid. Funnily enough I have no qualms getting my flu jab but was quite poorly with a fever during the night on the day I had it which hasn't happened before over many years. So you never can tell.
Chris
Snap! Funny enough Chris, i've never had any qualms about taking my flu jab or had any reaction to it, yet when I had it last Friday I was that exhausted the next day I slept on and off through the whole day. Due my 3rd Covid dose this week. Tina.🤗
Well good luck with it Tico , I hope it's plain sailing . . Worth having because my son , partner and possibly 2 of their children currently have Covid so we're far from clear xx
Hi Windy, I know how anxious you were about getting the vaccine from your previous posts, so a huge well done. You’ve done the right thing!
Glad that’s all you experienced
Hi Windy51. Glad you got the vaccine.
Good on you for getting over your fear. Like me in the beginning I know you were a bit unsure about going for it. I know it was the right decision for me. Tina.🤗
I can fully appreciate you being nervous, but glad you went ahead to protect yourself. I have now had 3 pfizer vaccines, I didn't feel well after my second (felt very sick and some racing heart feelings which were not very nice). Convinced myself that on my 3rd I would have a terrible allergic reaction but knew I had to risk it. Went along to my appointment feeling really worried and got absolutely nothing. I had no reaction apart from a very slightly sore arm. Like others on here, my flu vaccine this year was worse. So even though I had experienced an unpleasant reaction once, I am still so glad that I went and had my 3rd. Both my children have now had both their pfizer vaccines and they were also ok apart from feeling a bit sick after the second one.
