I was on Saxenda prior to diagnosis of ET, and subsequent commencement of HU and Clopidogrel. My specialist has said if I need to go back on it there should be no issues ( I may as I have put some weight back on, since HU dose was increased recently)

hi Ginny70, it is advisable that you discuss this with your haematologist. You can also ask the practice nurse in your GP surgery for advice on weight loss. Best wishes, Maz
Hi. Everyone is different which is why you need to check as Maz said. When my headache doc checks about medication he ALWAYS considers all the health things unique to me. Also, some of us on here have been told different things by our docs & knowledge about drug interactions change. Good luck. Katie
