Bloodcancer.org.uk has a very interesting article on research into how people with a number of blood cancers, including MPN’s (yayyyyy) are responding to the Covid vaccines.

Hi Jill, I’ve had a read of Blood Cancer UK articles on the vaccine research but can’t find any mention of MPN’s. Can you point me in right direction please. Fran

Thank you Jill. Very interesting reading and I watched Lorraine on Catch-up today after you mentioned it. Time the Government put some money forward to Blood Cancer Vaccine coverage. The Dr. On Lorraine said it wouldn’t cost that much and with so many of us within the UK with these diseases we must know if we’re safe! xx Fran

Going to give blood for the research tomorrow ! (ET CALR, 2 Pfizer vaccines, probable mild Covid March 20, antibodies according to Biobank home test kit)

We do not get our own antibody results, but can get called back a couple of times in coming months.

It was a bit odd as the info to apply was "out there" but then said they wanted people already being treated at Guys ! I am at UCLH - but as both are a quick journey for me on the Northern Line tube I applied!

Not much else useful I can do right now!
