Biobank anti body test

Hi everyone, thought you might be interested in my results. I had Covid in December, my first vaccination 28 January and second vaccination 16 April, it was the Pfizer jab. I did the Biobank antibody test this morning and was pleased to see I tested positive for anti-bodies. Very pleased

That’s great news for you. I’ve had the Pfizer too so hopefully I will have some protection although I’ve not taken the test

Hi Janet, , brilliant to read that someone has had a positive for antibodies. Do you get a level or is it simply a yes you do or no you don't. . . In any event it must make you feel better about the vaccinations. Chris

It is a simple yes or no test result. I have also just signed up for the monthly antibody test via Virus Watch. Again I assume it will be a yes or no result but it is interesting

Me too - slightly ill after known exposure to Covid March 2020 ( no tests then unless in hospital !) - 2 x Pfizer and positive on the Biobank antibody test!

Excellent news! I haven't had antibody test but had both AZ vaccines now.
