Hi all you nice people. I got my first vaccine (AstraZeneca) yesterday, feeling a bit rough today with flu like symptoms, has anyone else experienced this thank you for reading this.

Hi flirt_2015, I received my first Astra Zenica vaccine 3 weeks ago. I basically had all the listed sided effects other than gastro. The fatigue as ever for me was the worst, I was exhausted! I also had to take paracetmol for the muscular pain . Side effects continued for most of the week following my vaccine, after which my health returned to "my normal".

It was definitly worth the discomfort as I am feeling safer each day. I am also doubly happy as my youngest daughter is now comfortable enough now that I have the vaccine to come home to stay with me for a few days for the first time since Christmas.

I hope you feel better soon & soon get to enjoy the benefits the vaccine is providing us all. All the best 😊

Yes two after I got my first AZ jab, started sneezing?, lethargic, flu like symptoms, that seems par for the course, nothing to get worried about! Wears off after a few days!👍

My wife, Lesley,(not an MPNer) felt like that the next day after each of her Astra jabs and was then fine. Chris
