Platelet count down to 420 pleased with that and I also get to reduce my hydroxcycarbamide back down to 500mg. Well pleased with that.

No idea, last month they were up and Haematoligist wanted to up dose to 1500mg daily.

Well done - Congrats! Do you do anything additional to the meds that you think helps with getting those platelets under control? I'm trying out a few lifestyle changes hoping for improvement at my next blood draw. Always curious about others' strategies too.
