Platelet count down to 420 pleased with that and I also get to reduce my hydroxcycarbamide back down to 500mg. Well pleased with that.

Great news... Is Hydroxycarbmide usually reduced , when Platelet number reduces ?
No idea, last month they were up and Haematoligist wanted to up dose to 1500mg daily.
